Smoked Cream Cheese Dip

Smoker I used my pellet smoker for this and it turned out great.
- 8 oz Cream cheese Low fat works too.
- 1 BBQ Rub I use Kosmo's Q - Honey Killer Bee
- 1 Glaze or BBQ Sauce I use Kosmo's Q sauces.
Prepare for smoking
Using cold cream cheese block, rub with your favorite BBQ rub and place on wood plank.
Prepare smoker at 225 degrees.
Smoke cream cheese at 225 degrees for 2 hours.
Remove cream cheese and add glaze or BBQ sauce to cream cheese.
Serve with crackers or bread, enjoy!
