Smoked Cream Cheese Dip

This smoked cheese dip will be a hit at your next watch party. With a smokey flavor and rich sauce, there isn’t anything that this doesn’t go with. Serve with chips, bread, crackers, or a spoon!

Smoked Cream Cheese Dip

Super easy recipe that provides an easy, go-to dip.

Equipment

  • 1 Smoker I used my pellet smoker for this and it turned out great.
  • 1 Cedar Plank Optional – can use a sheet pan as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Low fat works too.
  • 1 BBQ Rub I use Kosmo's Q – Honey Killer Bee
  • 1 Glaze or BBQ Sauce I use Kosmo's Q sauces.

Instructions
 

Prepare for smoking

  • Using cold cream cheese block, rub with your favorite BBQ rub and place on wood plank.
  • Prepare smoker at 225 degrees.
  • Smoke cream cheese at 225 degrees for 2 hours.
  • Remove cream cheese and add glaze or BBQ sauce to cream cheese.
  • Serve with crackers or bread, enjoy!
